Future Programs
We're Just Getting Started...
We said the Sky's the Limit and we mean just that. We're actively working on new and innovative community support programs to enrich the lives of those living at or below the poverty line in the greater Charlotte metropolitan area.

The Agnew House of Hope
This is a halfway house that provides shelter, education, and a fresh start to first time offenders (non-violent, non-drug related). Usually, prisons do little to prepare prisoners to address the immediate and practical needs they will face on release.
The Agnew House of Hope will give men a chance to enter back into society away from their previous negative environment. Job placement, resume building, vocational training, money management, and counseling will be provided to all residents.
The House of Peace
No child should have to go through the experience of living in a crowded shelter with rows and rows of beds. The House of Peace are individual homes that will be setup for two mothers and their children.
This will be a short term shelter program for women with children who have never been homeless before. The House of Peace will provide case management services, budgeting and finance lessons, job placement, resume building, and interview preparation services.
The mothers will rotate meal preparations, household chores and other household responsibilities. Family counseling will be provided twice per week. In home daycare will also be provided.
