Nutritional Health Program

We partner with several local cooking kitchens that provide hands-on cooking class programs. This program will be open for all ages and skill levels to learn professional techniques and a healthier way of eating.

Nutritionists will be available to provide one on one health coaching and meal planning support. Each month a nutritionist and people who have experienced these health conditions will hold a monthly town hall meeting with various health topics such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

You Care. We Care.

Mind Health Program

We also will be providing free mental health services which include family counseling, addiction counseling, individual counseling, and career coaching.

There are 4.5 million children in the United States diagnosed and living with anxiety. ADHD, behavior problems, anxiety, and depression are the most common mental disorders affecting children. Almost 800 million people suffer from mental health disorders worldwide and we plan to put a large dent into that number.

Body Health Program

Personal trainers will provide group workout sessions on two Saturday's of the month. Open to all ages.

The U.S. adult obesity rate currently stands at 42.4 percent. The purpose of this program is to give participants a jump start into a lifestyle change. We want to instill in the children at a young age that frequent exercising is a necessity.
